2 ½ lbs. ground ham
2 ½ lbs. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. milk
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. tomato soup
1 c. brown sugar
¾ c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meats together, add salt, eggs, milk and crackers. Form into loaves or small balls. Place in roaster pan. Mix together tomato soup, brown sugar, vinegar, and dry mustard. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 350º approximately 1 hour, basting occasionally until done.
