8 oz. fully cooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 T. garlic
6 c. reduced sodium chicken broth
3 medium Yukon Gold potatoes (1¼ lb.), peeled & cut into ½ chunks
12 oz. fresh kale, stems removed & chopped (8 c.)

Directions:

Heat 5 qt. pot over medium high heat. Add sausage & sauté 5 minutes till brown. Add onion & garlic, sauté 3 minutes. Add broth & bring to a boil. Stir in potatoes & kale. Simmer partially covered 10 - 12 minutes until tender.
