5 Medium Size Red Potatoes with Skins on
3 Stalks of Celery, diced
3 or 4 Green Onions, chopped
4 Radishes, sliced
4-5 Hard Boiled Eggs

Dressing:

3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
3 T Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Fill large pot with water, bring to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until soft. Cool and set aside. Dice celery, onions, radishes and eggs. When potatoes cool, cut into small cubes. In a separate bowl mix, mayo, miracle whip and mustard. When mixed together, pour 1/4 dressing at a time over the potato mixture until seasoned to your liking. You may not need all of the dressing.
