1 Qt bag of Sauerkraut (found in the refrigerated dairy section of grocery store) - undrained
1 C chopped Bell Peppers (red and green for color)
1 C chopped Celery
1 C chopped Sweet Onion
½ C Sugar
½ C Canola or Vegetable Oil

Combine all in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for a couple days to enhance the flavor.

Some time ago, Mom was visiting one of the historic restaurants in the Amana Colonies, this salad was served. She asked for the recipe and they graciously gave it to her.
