Cinnamon Meringue Shell:

2 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Filling:

1 Cup Chocolate Chips
2 Beaten Egg Yolks
1/4 Cup Water (Mix with Egg Yolks)

Top Layer:

1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Egg Whites, salt and vinegar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar & cinnamon. Beat until stiff. In a 9" pie plate, spoon mixture until it is 1/2" thick and 3/4" up the side of the plate (same as a pie shell). Then melt 1 cup chocolate chips over hot water. Beat 2 eggs yolks and add 1/4 cup water. Stir. Spread 2 Tablespoons over crust. Chill the rest until thickened. Next whip heavy cream, sugar and cinnamon until peaks form and add to cooled chocolate mixture. Next fill the meringue shell and top with whipping cream.
