Egg Casserole Recipe

1/2 Lb. Pork Sausage or Bacon, fried, drained, crumbled
6 Eggs, Whipped
1 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Mustard
2 C. Milk
2-4 slices White Bread, crust removed, cubed
1/2 tsp. Salt
Dash Pepper

Cover bottom of greased 9x13" baking pan with bread cubes. sprinkle sausage or bacon over bread. Sprinkle cheese over meat. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, mustard, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over bread, meat, and cheese. Cover and let set overnight in a refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees until brown. Glass pan approximately 1 hour and metal pan approximately 45 min. This was made Easter breakfast 2004.
