Salad:
3 plum tomatoes, cubed
3 red tomatoes, cubed
3 yellow tomatoes, cubed
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
10 basil laves, coarsely chopped
½ c. oil cured black olives

Dressing:
¼ c. balsamic syrup
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 T. minced shallot
1 T. minced basil
½ c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients for the salad and place on a flat platter.

Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, garlic, shallot and basil. In a thin stream add the oil and whisk well.

Drizzle the salad with the dressing. (You may have leftover dressing and that is fine.)
