2/3 Cup Butter
2 2/3 Cups of Sugar
4 Eggs
1 (15oz) Can Pumpkin
2/3 Cup Water
3 1/3 Cups Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Power
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
2/3 Cups Chopped Pecans

Directions:

Turn Oven on to 350º
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, pumpkin, and water and mixture will appear curdled. Combine Flour and spices add to creamed mixture until blended. Add nuts, if desired.

Transfer mixture to (8) 6" Small Baking loaf pans or 2 large 9 x 5 " loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes.
