3 T. orange juice
3 T. honey
2 T. olive oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 T. Chinese Five spice powder
2 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins
1 c. diced pineapple
2 mangoes, diced
¼ c. minced red pepper
1 jalapeño pepper, minced
1 T. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar

Marinade:
Mix together orange juice, honey, oil, soy sauce and Chinese Five Spice. Pour over pork and marinate for 30 minutes or more.

Salsa:
Mix together the remaining ingredients and set aside.

Grill the pork for 5 minutes on medium heat with the grill cover down. Turn the tenderloins and cook for 5 more minutes. Repeat the process for about 20 minutes. Or, you can roast the pork in the oven at 400º for 30 minutes. Serve with the salsa.
