Ingredients:  
3 (4 oz.) cans green chilis, whole
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen eggs
16 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chilis and lay flat in 9x13 greased baking dish. Cube cheese and spread on the chilis. Beat the eggs and sour cream together until mixed thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over chilis and cheese.

Bake at 375º for 40 minutes.
