1/2c soft butter
1c oil
1tsp vanilla
1/2c sour milk
2 1/2c flour
1/2tsp salt
1 3/4c sugar
2 eggs
1tsp baking soda
5Tbsp cocoa
1/2tsp cinnamon
2c finely shredded zucchini

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Blend all ingredients together and pour into oiled/sprayed 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and/or nuts and bake 40-45 minutes.
