1/2 cup milk
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tbsp snipped chives
1/2 tsp instant minced onion
4 cups mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat, blend milk and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in onion, chives and salt. Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Add more milk if necessary to make a creamy consistency. Put into a casserole dish and chill. Bake, covered at 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake 20 minutes longer. Garnish with paprika.
