5 lbs beets
2 cups vinegar
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil for 5 minutes. Put knife in in bottle to prevent bubbling.

Then her recipe say:

Boil your beets first then cut in cubes or slices. Put in the bottles and do the knife in the bottle thing when you pour in the juice you make with the vinegar and other things. lol. :)
