Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 gallon apple cider
1/2 gallon apple juice
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups Ever-clear
6 cinnamon sticks
6 allspice berries
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat apple cider and apple juice in a large pot (I use a roaster pan over two burners). Add sugars and nutmeg while mixture is hot and stir to dissolve. Remove from heat once sugars are dissolved. Add Cinnamon and allspice.

Let cool to room temperature and then add the Ever-clear. Do NOT add the alcohol to a hot mixture or it might cause the alcohol to evaporate.

Store in refrigerator up to one year.
