2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter - softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
2 Large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
6 oz package of each (Guittard Butterscotch chips, Real Milk Chocolate Chips and White Chips)
1 cup of chopped walnuts (Optional)


Directions:

Pre-heat over to 350-degrees F.

Lightly grease 10x15x1 in cookie sheet.

In medium bowl:
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In large bowl:
Cream butter and sugars until light.
Beat in eggs and vanilla
Gradually add the flour mixture until combined.
Stir in the chips and walnuts (if desired).

Spread evenly into prepared pan. Dough will be very thick, pat down.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until light golden brown and toothpick comes out clean. Do no over bake.
Cool before cutting into 32 bars.
