8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 C. Mayo
1 1/2 T. Chopped Carrots
1 T Chopped Onion
1 T. finely shredded Colby jack cheese


Mix all together-I use a mixer to avoid Cream Cheese lumps.

Step 1. Lay out a 12" plastic sheet
place tortillas on top spoon 1/2C. mixture and spread on tortilla, roll up tightly, ends face down, roll up in plastic wrap, refrigerate at least 2 Hrs.
cut in 1" pieces repeat step one to make more roll ups.
