Ingredients:  
3 Strips Bacon, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 T. Flour
2 Large cans Saurkraut
2 Small potatoes, cubed
2 Small apples, cubed
3 T. Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Caraway Seeds
1-2 Lbs. Kielbasa, cut into pieces
1/2 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp, drain, add flour to bacon dripping and blend well. Stir in sauerkraut, mix well. Place Kraut mixture and bacon pieces into Large kettle or crockpot, add all other ingredients; stir together thoroughly, cover cook until done.. 30-45 min.
