5 Pound bag of Red Potatoes
1 dozen of eggs
3 stalks of celery - diced
1/2 large onion - dice
Large jar of Hellmann's mayo
Large squirt of mustard
Several shakes of Frank's Hot Sauce - around 6 or 7
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Boil potatoes in skins until done. I always salt water before cooking. Slightly cool and remove skins. When completely cool dice potatoes. Cook eggs until hard boiled. Drain and shake until shells are cracked. Fill pot with cold water and let set until easy to peel. Shell and dice. Add eggs, onion, celery, and potatoes in large bowl. Add mayo and rest of the ingredients. Mix well.It tastes much better if made the day before.
