2 large potatoes
2 c chicken broth
1/2 c flour
1/2 c butter
2 c milk
Salt & pepper to taste.
Bacon pieces (optional)
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Chives (optional)
Sour Cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Poke holes in potatoes & bake at 400 for one hour. Remove & allow to cool. In a heavy sauce pan mix flour & butter to prepare a roux, whisk well. Add milk & allow to thicken, stirring constantly. Add chicken broth & mix well. Stir in cubed potatoes. Salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with bacon, cheese, chives and sour cream if desired.
