Ingredients:  
1 c sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple (15 oz)
6 tbsp flour
3 small bananas
1 can coconut
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 8 oz Cool Whip
2 frozen pie shells (baked)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shells as directed. Mix together sugar, flour & pineapple. Cook in sauce pan until thick. Remove from heat & cool. Fold in pecans Cut bananas and put in the bottom of the baked pie shells. Mix together the coconut & cool whip in separate bowl. Pour pineapple mixture into pie shell. Top with Cool Whip & coconut mixture. Refrigerate to set.
