1/2 c butter, softened.
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3 medium bananas
2 c self-rising flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together butter & sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat in bananas. Combine flour & baking soda in small bowl & fold in to creamed mixture. Stir in pecans. Fill greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
