Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c bread crumbs
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 small onion, diced.
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
Dried parsley flakes.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients in large bowl. Form in a loaf and place in baking dish. Garnish with parsley flakes & ketchup. Bake for 1 hour & 15 minutes.

And P.S. per mom....may not take off of 75 minutes...check closely after one hour.
