1 ½ c. bread crumbs
½ c. light cream
¼ c. strong coffee

2 eggs slightly beaten
1 medium onion finely chopped
¼ c. finely chopped parsley
1tsp.salt
1 tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp black pepper

½lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef

¼ c.butter
¼ c. flour
1 c. beef broth
1c. strong coffee
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp.nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 3 ingredients until the crumbs are moist.
Add the eggs, parsley, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
Add the pork and beef and chill for 2 hours.
Then shape the mixture into 1 inch balls, place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and cook in a preheated 375 Fº oven until cooked.
Chill and store.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the butter, flour, broth, coffee, nutmeg, and salt and cooking in a saucepan until the sauce is thick.

The meatballs and sauce can be frozen up to 3 months.
