Personal Notes:
This recipe is very fast and easy. Much quicker then making cookies. This was my go to for family treats, bake sales, sold at the canteen at school for the kids sports teams. I became famous at the school for these chocolate chip cookie bars. They pack super well, and are easy to double the batch and make 2 pans at once. Can also be used for individual cookies.
