1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 º . Bring milk to and butter to boil over medium heat.
Add flour all at once, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of the pan.
Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased foil-lined cookie sheet.
Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

This recipe can be made ahead and frozen until ready to use.
To serve, heat oven to 350 º . Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Makes about 3 dozen
