Banana Nut Bread Recipe

2½ Cups flour, sifted⅓
3 Teaspoons baking powder
½ Teaspoon salt
¾ Cup pecans
1 Cup sugar
⅓ Cup Butter, softened
1 Egg
3 Small bananas, cut up (may use 4 for additional banana tase)
½ Cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium-size bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

2. Put the pecans into blender container.

3. Press button 4 to 10 seconds. Add to the dry ingredients.

4. Put into container, the sugar, butter, eggs, bananas and milk.

5. Press button 15 seconds. Stop blender motor to push bananas down with spatula, if necessary. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until ingredients are well moistened.

6. Pour batter into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

7. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 1 hour. Cool on rack.

The kids would let the bananas over-ripen so I would make this for them.
