Breakfast Casserole Recipe

1 lb. Sausage
4 Slices Bread - cubed
3/4 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/8 c. Red Bell Pepper - diced
1/8 c. Onion - diced

Brown Sausage, drain.
Layer Bread of 9"x9" or 8"x8" well-greased baking pan.
Sprinkle Sausage over Bread.
Add Cheese.
Beat Eggs and mix with remaining ingredients.
Pour slowly over Cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 325 F.
Bake for 45 minutes.

Note: Other ingredients may be added or substituted for the vegetables.
