3 lb chuck roast
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow onion
8 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp Toes Seasoning (Oregano, Celery, Cumin, chili powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder) equal parts

Meat Seasoning when frying:
Siracha sauce
cumin
Salt and pepper
garlic salt
cayenne pepper
Toe's seasoning

Wash and trim any fat off the chuck roast, put it in a crock pot and cook overnight on low for 8 - 10 hrs.

Remove the meat and set aside, do NOT throw anything in the crockpot away.

scoop out the veggies (peppers / onions / garlic) and put them in a blender.

shred the meet and add to a frying pan, add the sauce you made above in 1/2 cup increments until you get the desired wetness. Season the meat with salt / pepper / cayenne / cumin and Toe's seasoning. Use Sriracha too if you like.

Keep frying until you get the taste and texture you want, if you mess up just add more sauce and re-season.
