3 lbs. beef stew meat.....cut small

2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup

1/4 cup dry onion soup (1 pkg)

1/2 cup cooking Sherry or Riesling
Directions:

Mix all together

Cover and Bake @ 300 for 3 hours

Serve over rice or noodles.

Can add mushrooms
