3 oz. Coleman's dry mustard
1 cup vinegar
2 eggs
1¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mustard and vinegar. Cover and let stand for 2 hours. Stir until lumps are dissolved. Beat eggs, add sugar mixed with cornstarch. Combine egg mixture and vinegar mixture. Cook in heavy saucepan over low heat for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens. Pour into jelly jars; let cool. Store in refrigerator.

Yields 3 jars
