1 lb hamburger (cooked and drained of all grease)
2 lb block of Velveeta cheese
2 cans of Rotel Tomatoes (one can mild and one can plain)
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Bag of Tortilla chips ( I like the scoops ) but use whatever you like.

Cook and drain grease from hamburger, cut up the Velveeta cheese into 2 inch chunks. Put in a crock pot on low heat. Next add the two cans of rotel tomatoes (drain what sitting liquid from the cans before adding to the crock pot). Add your garlic and Worcestershire sauce now.

Simmer on low for 3 hours or until cheese is melted and dip is hot.

I got this recipe from Aunt Mary who used to make it for Christmas Eve every year since i was a little kid. The Worcestershire is the secret ingredient.
