3 Cups (2 X 11oz pkgs) milk chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
dash of salt
1 cup walnuts (can use pecans)
1&1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tablespoonfuls butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line 8 or 9" square pan with foil(butter the foil)
In heavy sauce pan, over low heat,,, melt the chips with
sweet & condensed milk & salt. Add butter toward the end
& let melt. Remove from heat & stir in nuts & vanilla. Pour
into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off foil and cut into squares
