1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Scoop mixture by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Using a fork, press down onto center of dough, make an "x" shape. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes.
