1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 egg yolks
1 T. cold water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. chocolate chips
3 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients together and press dough into small baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips onto dough.

In medium bowl, beat egg whites and brown sugar together, until stiff. Cover top of cookies with egg mixture and bake at 350º until brown. Add nuts if desired. Cut into squares and serve.
