Mix together first 8 ingredients, adding cocoa powder until mixture has a deep chocolate color. Spoon the dough onto a cookie sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. Next, cut the marshmallows into quarters, place onto each cookie. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on wire rack.

Meanwhile, in a glass bowl heat the Nutella for 1 min. in the microwave. Add the marshmallow and cook again for 2 minutes; stir well. Next, add milk and sugar; stir thoroughly. Frost your cookies or use frosting as a dip for graham crackers. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
