1 1/2 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 Cups brown sugar
5lbs Beets

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beets until semi soft (about 1 hour). Bring to a boil for minutes the vinegar, water and brown sugar, Cut up beets into pickle size pieces to conserve jars and and pickle juice to cover.
