Ingredients: 2 rolls sugar cookie dough
2 - 3 boxes cream cheese - (regular or you can use flavored such as pineapple or strawberry)
1 large container cool whip
cane sugar to taste to sweeten cool whip and cream cheese
strawberries
bananas
kiwi
crushed pineapple
mandarin oranges
Marachino cherries
shredded coconut (if you like)
chopped nuts
You can also add other fruits such as
blackberries
rasberries

Directions:spread out cookie dough on large pizza pan and cook until done - let cool
cream together cream cheese and container of cool whip - add a little cane sugar - do not whip until smooth - leave a little lumpy
spread onto cooled cookie dough
slice bananas and spread all around on top of cream cheese mixture
slice fresh strawberries and spread around (frozen add too much liquid)
slice kiwis and spread evenly - just need about 3 of these
drain crushed pineapple well and spread around evenly
top with shredded coconut, chopped nuts and cherries
If fruit is not sweet enough - sprinkle on top with turbinado sugar - not too much (I always do this - just adds a sweet crunch)
you can add or delete fruit and nuts to your liking |
