Aunt Dear's Toasted Almonds Recipe

1 pound raw almonds
2 Tablespoons butter
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dip almonds in boiling water-remove skins. Let almonds dry overnight.

Melt butter and pour over almonds - toast almonds in 325 pre-heated oven for about 5 minutes.. WATCH as oven temperatures may vary.

Remove almonds from oven and pour onto brown paper (grocery store bag works well). Salt nuts.

Change paper after 3 minutes adding additional salt to taste.

Leave out overnight.
