2 to 3 lbs of Round Steak
1/2 cup flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1 Teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup Crisco
1 large onion sliced
1 large green pepper sliced
1 8 oz can mushroom stems
1 1/3 cup ketchup
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak in pieces. Combine flour and seasonings. Tenderize steak by using tenderizer or side of a saucer and pounding. Dip steak in flour mixture and brown in hot skillet with crisco. When all steak is browned, add onions, green pepper, and mushrooms. Pour in kethcup and water. Cover and simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally.

Serve with rice or potatoes.
