1 pound of dried macaroni
4 Tbl. sweet butter
2 cups milk (any kind)
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper
2 Tbl. paprika
1 Tbl. Tabasco sauce
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook macaroni according to package.
In a saucepan melt the butter.
Add the flour and whisk until thickened.
Add the milk and stir until the sauce is just starting to thicken.
Add the 1 cup cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
In a greased 6x8 baking dish add half of the mixture. Spread 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
Repeat process.
Put the parmesan cheese on last.
Sprinkle the paprika on top.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
