Meat mixture:
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
ground meat (1/2 beef, 1/2 pork, if desired)
parmesan
garlic
salt
pepper
worchestershire sauce
egg

Cored out cabbage head

sauce:
tomato soup
cream of mushroom soup
onions
sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Steam head of cabbage in boiling water (boil until it falls apart)
Roll up meat mixture in the bibs of cabbage.
put sauce in roaster then sauerkraut, then cabbage rolls,
repeat. cover. Bake @ 325 for several hours?
