2 lbs ground turkey
8 small chicken sausages…hot, or mild if you prefer
2 large green peppers, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 small can whole corn, drain & rinse
1- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1- 16 oz. jar jalapeno salsa
4- 15 ˝ oz. cans of beans: cannellini, dark red kidney, pinto, & black. Rinse & drain
1- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 T crushed red pepper
1 T ground cumin
2 T chili powder
1 T. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1) Bake the sausages and cut into bite size pieces.
2) Saute & brown ground turkey, green pepper, onion and mushrooms, combine with the sausages.
3) Add to slow cooker. Add corn, salsa, crushed tomatoes, and all the spices. Stir together and cook on low for 1 ˝ hours.
4) Add beans and cook for another 1 ˝ hours.
5) Add pineapple and cook for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!
