Cake:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks salted butter
1 cup water
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
Icing:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp milk
16oz confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and baking soda. Melt butter, water and peanut butter over medium heat and bring to a boil. Pour in flour mixture. Mix eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and add that to the butter mixture. Pour all into a greased pan and bake at 350º for 25-28 minutes.
Icing:
Melt butter, peanut butter and milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat, add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake while warm.
