2 c croutons
2 c shredded cheese
2 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage
6 eggs
1 T mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Line with croutons. Sprinkle cheese on top. Brown sausage and put on top of cheese layer. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and soup together and pour over the top of the sausage. Refrigerate over night. Bake 350º for at least 1 hour. Cover until almost done.
