Heat 1 T. Olive oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 c. chopped onion and 3 cloves minced garlic. Saute three minutes. Add 2 T. Fajita seasoning and cook 1 minute. Stir in 2 1/4 c. water, 2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed, 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed, 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained, 1 (14 oz.) can fat-free, less sodium chicken broth, 1 or 2 packages pre-cooked chopped chicken, and 2 (4 oz.) Chopped green chiles. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in 3 T. Lime juice (optional).

To serve, put into serving bowls and top with shredded cheddar cheese and crushed baked tortilla chips.
