1 to 1 ½ cups cooked chicken or beef cubed up
1 jar chicken or beef gravy
½ of a 16 oz bag frozen veggies, corn, green beans, carrots
2 large or 3 medium potatoes cubed ½ inch
1 tsp. Tony's season salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp. dried onion flake
1 refrigerated pie crust (set out 30 minutes prior)
Butter to dot crust

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl add the meat, veggies, and gravy. Sprinkle in the spices and adjust to your family's tastes. Blend well, so everything is well coated. Pour into a greased 10 inch cast iron skillet, we use Crisco to grease the skillet.
Roll out the pie shell and place on top of skillet, seal to the sides, cut slits and dot with butter.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, Enjoy!!

This recipe was originally created from left over Thanksgiving turkey and a lone pie crust. WOW, has it evolved!!
I own a Showtime rotisserie and my son knows that the day after a rotisserie chicken dinner, it's pot pie time. A favorite in the fall and winter.
