1 8 oz. brick of cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh is best, bottled works just fine
1 tsp real vanilla
1 graham cracker pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then add lemon juice and vanilla, blend until smooth. Pour into pie shell and chill for minimum of 3 hours.
I like to serve it with cherry or blueberry pie filling on top!!!
