2 T. Heavy Cream
7 oz. White Chocolate, chopped
2 T. Irish Cream Liqueur (Bailey's)
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ c. Hazelnuts, chopped
6 oz. Dark Chocolate, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place cream in a double boiler and heat over water until heated through. Slowly stir white chocolate with wire whisk until melted.

2. Whisk vanilla and liqueur. Cover and chill for 1 hour until pliable but fimr to scoop.

3. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

4. With two teaspoons, make dollops of the chocolate and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until firm enough to roll into balls.

6. Place chopped hazelnuts on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.

7. Melt dark chocolate in double boiler.

8. Drizzle chocolate or roll in hazelnuts. Serve chilled.
