1/2 lb. cooked chopped liver
1 T. chopped onion
1/4 t. pepper
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
pinch baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and add enough flour to make a slightly stiff dough. All can be put in a blender (even the liver).
Roll into meal ball size, drop into boiling water and cook 5-10 minutes. Transfer liver dumplings to a Beef soup broth.
