6 lrg. onions
1 stick butter
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. season salt
1 t. sugar
1 c. red wine (mild)
3 cans chicken broth
3 cans beef consumme

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sliced onions in 1 stick butter for 10 min. Cut in parsley and garlic powder, salt, sugar and wine. Bring to boil. Add chicken and consumme. boil again. simmer for 1 hour or more.
